"We have worked with a number of small boutique producers (who don't have regularly opening cellar doors) to create wine, winery and vineyard experiences that are exclusive to guests at The Louise and which offer a very personal insight and introduction to some of the wonderful characters, food and wines of the Barossa," says manager Penny Rafferty. "Each tasting has a unique angle - organic and biodynamic wines, alternative varietals, barrel tasting, specific and inspired food pairing, rustic heritage, old vine etc, and provides interaction directly with the families and individuals who make the wines."
