| GOURMET PROGRAMMEBELLS at Killcare, leading Sydney chef Stefano Manfredi's new venture on the Central Coast of New South Wales, has unveiled a series of gourmet dinners featuring top chefs and leading winemakers. The boutique hotel is a luxury coastal retreat 90-minutes' drive north of Sydney and offers accommodation in deluxe spa villas or single-storey king spa suites. Among the special dinners planned for later in the year is a Manjimup black truffles dinner accompanied by the wines of Hunter Valley winery Brokenwood on August 7. Guests will enjoy a degustation menu with wine commentary by Iain Riggs. On November 13, cheese guru Will Studd will match dishes with leading Italian wines.
